1. Does mathTopper provide similar program for ICSE/state Board exams?
No, right now mathTopper is providing solutions to NCERT problems for CBSE Board only. mathTopper will provide similar program for ICSE/ISC Board very shortly.
2. Can I send my own problems through E-mail?
Yes, you can send your problems through E-mail. For this you can type your problem and mail to us. If you are finding it difficult to type any mathematical symbol then write down its name at its place e.g. sin (theta) etc.
3. What is the duration of this subscription? When does the Academic year end?
This subscription is valid till the end of the academic session i.e. 31st of March (whatever may be your date of purchasing this subscription). After that, you will have to renew your subscription.
4. What are the charges for subscription and how do I pay for it?
The cost of this subscription is Rs. 700/- (Inclusive of all Taxes)
per user. This can be paid by credit/debit card, Internet banking or by sending cheque / Draft in the favour of edutopper.com payable at Meerut.
5. Are all the solutions of NCERT problems available on this website?
Yes all the NCERT problems are already available on the website. Along with all the concept videos, assignments and tests. Also mathTopper regularly updates its material from time to time.
6. I am trying to pay online but it is not accepting my debit/credit card. What should I do now?

7. Can I share my password with friends? How does it affect my subscription?
It is not recommended because when two or more people login at same time with same password then account automatically gets blocked.
8. Can I unsubscribe at any stage? Will I get any refund?
No, it is for full academic session and amount once paid is not refundable.
9. Can I and my friend register through the same e-mail ID?
No, because our system accepts one e-mail Id for one person only.
10. I have made the payment. How long will it take to activate my account and other details?
If you have paid by credit/debit card/ online banking, you subscription gets activated at once. If you have send cheque/DD then It takes maximum one week time for activation after we get your payment.
11. I have lost my password. How can I get new passwords?
In the case of the lost password; You can get a new password by sending a mail to the administrator through the same email id with which you have registered yourself to

12. Can I change my login ID?
No, Once you created your login ID. It can not be changed.
